I joined the National Operations Network team to widen my knowledge and begin a new career, however, the drive and determination to succeed and provide for the community we live in is what drew me to this team. My role in the business is the Operations Manager, I often like to think of myself as the “ the person behind the camera”. The importance of my job is to ensure the daily operations run smoothly whilst delivering our high level of service. Before becoming a part of this team I worked 9 years in hospitality dividing my time between 2 separate venues and I also completed the majority of my Hairdressing apprenticeship. My previous experiences were not even close to what I do now but what I do know is that this role in this business is where I was destined to be.
