Doing our bit by donating $10 per camera installed to start the conversation.
From November 2020 National Operations Network will be donating to TIACS Foundation, $10 for every security camera installed.
The TIACS Foundation is a free text, chat and call-back service connecting individuals seeking counselling services with qualified professionals.
TIACS foundation was created by Ed Ross and Daniel Allen, two social entrepreneurs from Brisbane, Australia. After Dan lost a close mate to suicide in late 2015, it became obvious that there was a significant lack of understanding around mental health, particularly among young men.
After starting TradeMutt, the social enterprise workwear company in 2018, Dan and Ed knew that they wanted to further their work from driving a cultural shift around the mental health conversation to actually providing a solution for anyone seeking help.
National Operations Network is proud to be supporting this TIACS foundation and all the inroads they are making towards helping people with mental health illnesses.
Founder and Director of National Operations Network, Kris Lewin stated that this is really important to create a workplace culture that recognises mental health issues “This is a step forward in creating mental health awareness within National Operations Network and the workplace in general. National Operations Network made its first donation back in May 2020, and look forward to continuing to support such a great cause in raising much-needed awareness and services for mental health illness.
